Haute Cabrière Pinot Noir Unwooded 2019
Hooked on Pinot Noir Unwooded, this wine screams fruit and the lesser explored side of Pinot Noir.It’s juicy and was made for being enjoyed all year round. This wine was created to err on the lighter side of Pinot Noir, being served at the traditional room temperature in cold weather and chilled in warmer weather. If you love reds or are intimidated, this beauty has you covered.
Cabernet Sauvignon 2016
A wine with fine tannins with a succulent ripeness and concentration to the fruit profile defines this as a bolder vintage kept in balance by a savoury edge from the vineyard’s cool climate origins. Plum, liquorice and confected blackcurrant on the nose along with the signature sweet spice of cinnamon and some star anise. The palate is silky and supple with red and black cherries combined with fresh acidity for
a long and linear finish.
Deep ruby red in color with a vibrant youthful rim, this wine has an abundance of cassis and violets with concentrated aromas of cedar and pencil lead. It is a full-bodied wine with a concentrated structure and opulent finish. It pairs perfectly with grilled meats and hearty stews.
