Cesia Cruz Monterroza de Mejía, born in El Salvador, is a pastor in Guatemala where she serves an indigenous community alongside her husband, Manuel, who is also an ALICT alumnus. Overcoming a challenging childhood marked by violence and family struggles, Cesia found purpose and courage through her experience at ALICT, which transformed her ministry and strengthened her walk with God. Today, she leads a trauma-healing program, a restaurant, and a growing sports ministry, using her life as a testimony of God’s love and blessing to reach others in Guatemala and beyond.
